Decorative cutting: intricate patterns cut clean through a panel to make screens, dividers, partitions and detailing. The thing that turns a flat sheet into something worth looking through.
We run our own CNC machines in Leicester. We bring the raw sheets in rather than cut them ourselves, but from that point on it’s all done here. Shaping, cutting and fret work, in our own building.
Your pattern, not a catalogue one.
Most decorative screens come out of a book of stock patterns, or get quoted by somebody who sends your drawing off to a workshop they’ve never visited. Either way you take what you’re given, and a change costs you weeks.
Because the machines are ours, a custom pattern is the same job as a standard one. And because we’re cutting the rest of the room too, the same motif can carry through the screens, the wall and the detailing instead of three trades approximating each other.

On our own machines, so a change is a conversation and a re-cut rather than a new order with somebody else’s workshop.
We fit it, if you want
Supply only if you’ve got your own installers. Or our team fits it, usually alongside the rest of a turnkey fit-out.

Can you cut a custom pattern?
Yes. Any pattern you can supply as a drawing, we can cut. There’s no premium for it being yours rather than one of ours.
What materials can you cut?
Stone, board and composite panels, depending on the look you’re after and the setting it’s going into.
What if I haven’t got a drawing?
Bring us the idea and we’ll work it up with you. A photograph, a sketch or a reference is enough to start from.
Can I buy supply only?
Yes. If you’ve got your own installers we’ll cut it and send it. If you’d rather we fitted it, we can do that too.
Where does it suit?
