Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zamaratti Ltd (“Zamaratti”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information. We are the data controller for the information you provide, and we handle it in accordance with UK data protection law.
Who we are
Zamaratti Ltd, 1 Freehold Street, Leicester LE1 2LX. Registered in England & Wales, company number 11147198. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC127875. For any privacy question, contact sales@https://zamaratti.com.
What we collect
We collect information you give us when you enquire, order or contact us — your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the details of your enquiry or order. When you buy from us, payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, keep records for tax and accounting, and — where you have agreed — to send you relevant updates. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the business, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.
Sharing your information
We share information only where necessary — for example with couriers to deliver your order, our payment provider to take payment, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Where you have given your consent, we may share your details with a selected partner who may contact you about financial services relevant to your project. This sharing happens only if you have opted in, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting sales@https://zamaratti.com.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. This uses cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations — generally up to 6 years after your last transaction with us, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact sales@https://zamaratti.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
