Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds and damaged goods are handled. It should be read alongside our Delivery Policy and Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged or defective goods
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If any panels are damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us deal with your claim quickly, please provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged or defective goods, and photographs of the packaging where transit damage is suspected.
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, refund or store credit in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. We may ask for the goods to be returned before processing a claim.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind, you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to custom-made, bespoke or made-to-order products (see below). To cancel, contact us at sales@https://zamaratti.com for authorisation before returning anything.
Returns
Returns require prior written authorisation from Zamaratti. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Where a non-faulty return is accepted, we refund the price of the item only — the original delivery charge is not refunded, and the following may be deducted:
- Collection charges.
- A reasonable restocking charge.
Custom and bespoke products
Custom-made, bespoke, made-to-order and special-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Samples
Samples are supplied for colour and finish guidance only and may not exactly match the final production batch.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
