Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Zamaratti Ltd (“Zamaratti”, “we”, “our” or “us”) through our website, by email, by telephone or in person.
1. General
By placing an order with Zamaratti, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
Our decorative panels are manufactured using natural and engineered materials. Variations in colour, texture, veining, finish and pattern are normal characteristics and should not be regarded as defects. Product images, samples and brochures are provided as a guide only, and actual products may vary.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Zamaratti. Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for bespoke or made-to-order products.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). VAT will be charged where applicable. Full payment, or any agreed deposit, must be received before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer circumstances, additional delivery or storage charges may apply.
6. Inspection of goods
Customers should inspect all goods as soon as possible after delivery. If any products are damaged during transport or have manufacturing defects, customers should notify Zamaratti within 24 hours and provide photographs of the damaged product, the packaging, and the delivery label where applicable. Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to make a claim with the delivery carrier, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, Zamaratti will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with UK consumer law. We may request the return of damaged goods before processing a claim.
8. Returns
Returns require prior written approval from Zamaratti. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Approved returns may be subject to collection charges, original delivery costs, and a reasonable restocking charge. Custom-made, bespoke or special-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
9. Samples
Samples are supplied for colour and finish guidance only and may not exactly match the final production batch.
10. Installation
Customers must inspect products before installation. Installed products are deemed accepted unless a manufacturing defect that could not reasonably have been identified before installation becomes apparent. Zamaratti accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation, poor workmanship or failure to follow recommended installation methods.
11. Storage
Panels should be stored flat in a dry indoor environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture and excessive heat until installation. Damage caused by incorrect storage is not covered.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, Zamaratti shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or delays caused by third parties.
13. Force majeure
Zamaratti shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, supplier delays or natural disasters.
14. Intellectual property
All photographs, product designs, drawings, catalogues, logos, trademarks and website content remain the property of Zamaratti Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
15. Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
16. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
