Delivery Policy
How we get your order to you. This policy should be read alongside our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Some remote areas — including the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and offshore UK locations — may carry a surcharge or a longer delivery time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery times
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Cut-to-order, bespoke and made-to-measure pieces take longer, and full fit-out projects are scheduled directly with you — we’ll confirm a lead time when you order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery costs
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address, and is shown clearly before you pay. Larger or heavier consignments may carry a higher delivery charge.
Unloading and access
Natural stone is heavy and fragile, so orders travel on a pallet or by specialist courier. Deliveries are made to the kerbside or ground-floor entrance, and the customer is responsible for unloading the vehicle. Please make sure there is safe access and, for larger panels, enough space and help to handle them safely. Someone must be available to receive and check the delivery.
Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed because of your circumstances, additional delivery or storage charges may apply.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and, if possible, check the goods before signing. Signing the delivery note confirms receipt but does not affect your statutory rights if a product is later found to be faulty, damaged or not as described. If any goods are damaged, faulty or missing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@https://zamaratti.com with photographs of the product, the packaging and the delivery label. See our Refund & Returns Policy for what happens next.
