Lumis Moscow

Description

Lumis is a natural translucent stone veneer. Light passes straight through the sheet, which makes it a material for back-lit feature walls and facades rather than a surface you simply hang. Put a light source behind it and the stone’s own structure becomes the pattern — slates in particular throw dense, colourful figuring that shifts with the type of light behind them. It reads like onyx at a fraction of the cost.

The face is 2mm of real stone, reinforced from the back with fibreglass.

Natural variation. Every sheet is cut from real stone, so colour, veining and texture vary from piece to piece and from the photograph. That variation is the material, not a defect. Order a sample to see the stone in your own light before you commit.
